Client Work

Our Work

Every project starts with a business problem, not a design trend. Here's what each client needed, the thinking behind the build, and what they have now.

Case Study 01Real Estate

Blanchard Realty Group

A real estate presence built to introduce the team, explain the process, and make contact effortless.

The Challenge

Real estate runs on trust, and Blanchard Realty Group had no owned home online. Buyers and sellers found the team only through third-party listing portals, which say nothing about who the agents are or how they work. Every referral had to be re-explained from scratch, and there was no simple way for a motivated seller to start a conversation.

The Strategy

We planned the site around the two questions a visitor is actually asking: can I trust these people, and how do I start? That meant separating the buyer path from the seller path, leading with the agency's name and photography, and making a contact point reachable within one scroll on any screen. Page structure and metadata were organized so the brokerage can be found under its own name in local search.

The Solution

A clean, high-contrast multi-page website with a clear service story for buyers and sellers, scannable property and market information, consistent branding throughout, and a lead form that routes directly to the agents.

Key Features

  • Responsive layout designed phone-first
  • Separate buyer and seller pathways with distinct calls to action
  • Property and market information in scannable sections
  • Contact form routed straight to the agents
  • Local SEO foundations: page titles, descriptions, semantic structure
  • Consistent professional branding across every page

The Outcome

Blanchard Realty Group now has a professional online presence that matches the caliber of the properties they represent. Prospective clients can research the team, understand the process, and reach out in a few taps — and the brokerage owns its first impression instead of leaving it to a listing portal.

Case Study 02Restaurant

Crawdaddy's LLC

A hungry-customer website: menu, hours, and location answered in seconds on a phone.

The Challenge

Crawdaddy's had a following but lived entirely on social media, where posts about hours, specials, and location scroll away within a day. New customers searching for the restaurant found scattered, out-of-date information, and staff spent time answering the same questions by phone.

The Strategy

We planned the site as the restaurant's front door rather than a brochure. Nearly all restaurant searches happen on a phone, so the information architecture puts three answers first — what's on the menu, when you're open, and how to get there — with everything else below. Page weight was kept low so the site loads on a weak mobile signal.

The Solution

A bold, appetite-led website with the full menu in clean readable sections, prominent hours and address, tap-to-call, and food photography that carries the restaurant's personality.

Key Features

  • Mobile-first design for on-the-go diners
  • Full menu presented in clean, readable sections
  • Hours, location, and tap-to-call placed above the fold
  • Food photography and brand-true typography
  • Local SEO setup for nearby restaurant searches
  • Lightweight pages that load quickly on mobile data

The Outcome

Crawdaddy's now controls its own information instead of relying on a social feed. Customers get answers immediately, staff field fewer repeat calls, and the restaurant looks as established online as it feels in person.

Case Study 03Lawn & Property Services

Grounded Lawn Service

A quote-request website built to keep the schedule full.

The Challenge

Grounded Lawn Service was growing on word of mouth alone. Homeowners comparing providers had nothing to look at, so jobs went to competitors who simply looked more established. There was also no structured way to collect the details needed to quote a property — every lead started with a round of back-and-forth texts.

The Strategy

We planned the site around one job: produce qualified quote requests. Services are listed plainly so a homeowner can immediately confirm their need is covered, the request form asks for service type and property details up front, and the visual direction signals an organized, professional operation before a word is read.

The Solution

A responsive service website with a clear breakdown of maintenance and seasonal work, service-area content, trust-building layout, and a structured quote request form with calls to action on every screen.

Key Features

  • Structured quote request form that pre-qualifies leads
  • Clear service breakdown for maintenance and seasonal work
  • Responsive design for homeowners browsing on phones
  • Service-area content supporting local search visibility
  • Consistent branding and trust-building layout
  • Prominent calls to action throughout the site

The Outcome

Grounded Lawn Service now looks like the established operation it is. Homeowners can evaluate the business and request a quote in under a minute, and the owner starts each conversation already knowing what the job involves.
